In 2021, Sarah established Eagleview Collaborative with the mission of amplifying access to mental healthcare by empowering clinicians in private practice. She merged her work experience and knowledge of insurance billing, bookkeeping, and business administration to offer a comprehensive suite of support services to mental healthcare clinicians in WA State. Now, 75% of business clients are referrals generated by existing clients who have received the support and outcomes they expected, and have shared our business services to their friends and colleagues.

Sarah has her degree in accounting, and is federally licensed by the IRS to prepare tax returns and advise on tax matters. It is obtained by passing multiple exams and going through a formal approval process with the IRS. Sarah has personally assisted dozens of mental healthcare clinicians start or grow their private practices; including to reach some clinicians’ goals of making $100k+ annual income. Sarah facilitates the onboarding of each new clinician account that starts services with Eagleview Collaborative. Sarah manages a team of 2 dedicated account administrators who specialize in billing and admin support for mental healthcare clinicians, and also actively works on the team for daily operations.
